The description on the mark site for this moisturizer reads as follows: "This quick-absorbing, calming formula is safe for sensitive skin. Super foods avocado and oat, Shea butter and red algae combine for a lightweight, oil-free cream that visibly reduces skin redness as it moisturizes." I have very pale skin which then turns into pale with dry red patches on my cheeks, nose & chin area in the winter. Another thing that doesn't help my situation is that I work in a tire shop where the bay doors are opened all day long while cars are being worked on, so the redness & the dry patches definitely came sooner than I expected.
I decided to do a 5 day challenge where I would use this moisturizer morning and night, and if I decided to wear makeup I would wear it underneath my makeup, well I can honestly say that this moisturizer definitely lives up to its name. Within just about 3 days my skin was looking very nice and calm, the redness was about 80% cleared up. My skin just looked really healthy, I was ecstatic! By the 5th day there was very little redness left and the dry patches were gone, I don't think I've ever seen my skin look so good.
